Returns and Refunds

Don Ruige accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging.

To request a return, contact support@donruige.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items must be reported promptly with your order number and supporting details.
